I swiped this off David's drawing board today while he was at work. I thought you guys would like to see it. This is just a sketch that he is working out The Guyver is punching someone in front of him while kicking someone behind at the same time. The final will be on a duo shade board. It's gonna look sweet!! By the way, this is gonna be in the artshow in AniZona. Let us know what you think

Here's the finished inks: And here's a detail shot: The goal is to make this look like the original Manga style of the series. Of course it still looks too much like I did the drawing. In case anyone cares he's fighting Delcasse and Vamore. Next step is to duoshade it TMNT style!

Here's the final Guyver piece. It turned out pretty good for my "fly with the wind" method. I've just run out of time for anything we're doing for AniZona. Anyhow, if you're going to be at the con this will be hanging in the artshow: Here's a detail: This piece will also be for sale. Micah and I are thinking about $200. These reduced photos also don't show it's size. This piece is 18" x 24".

Man, it's good to see you doing some duo-shade again!
I'd love to see a ninja piece done like this, or one of the girls attacking a ninja!
Oh, that would so rock..!
Again, great job!!!

I am going to have to mug my friend that works at the bank to get money to buy it j/k I am not going to mug anyone. I might visit my school and steal some lunch money though. Anyhow dude that kicks ass. I hope that someone buys it man. I have never seen a duoshade art piece before (or I have and just don't know it). It looks pretty cool. Take plenty of photographs there.

Superman, you might recall seeing a Sherlock Holms and Dr. Watson piece that Dave did beforen dou shade.
I have to say that is one of my favorite pieces of work he has done.
