Thanks! Here's the official press release for BT3- FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: www.BushiTales.comBushi Tales Comic Book Wraps Up First Storyline This MonthMemphis, TN and Prescott Valley, AZ: March 16, 2008-David Beaty, Lin Workman, and Micah Stewart announce the nationwide release of Bushi Tales, Issue #3 “Marked For Death”. It’s the Bushi of Hachiman versus the Cyclops monster in this 3rd part of the “Last Titan” storyline. Many questions will be answered in this issue as the four female samurai prepare for their big upcoming quest. Instead of the normal 32 pages, this issue of Bushi Tales is a 48 page comic with black-and-white interiors, a full-color painted front cover by Beaty and Workman, full color back cover illustration by Dave Beaty, extras such as 2 back up stories, 3 new character bio pages, pin-ups by syndicated cartoonist Greg Cravens ( The Buckets), NBC HEROES Comic-Con contest winner Andrew Chandler, and Emmy Award winner Bret Blevins - and no price increase! Cover price will stay at only $3.95 to give readers more bang for their buck. For over a year now copies of issues #1 and #2 as well as the Bushi Tales soundtrack CD have been available at several locations around Memphis, TN and Arizona, but this is the first time their comic was solicited and distributed by Diamond Distribution first. Bushi Tales was picked up by Diamond Comic Distributors in 2007 and has since been released on a quarterly schedule. Issue #3 will wrap up this first storyline when it starts hitting comic shops this week. Plans for a Territorial Rangers “one shot” spin-off title and a future Bushi Tales full color trade paperback are in the works for 2008 releases. Bushi Tales has been listed as one of the “Great In ‘08” independent comics in the “Wizard Edge” section of this month’s issue of Wizard magazine. The Bushi Tales creative team uses the internet to send pages and sketches back and forth to each other from 1400 miles away, as well as running an online store and Bushi Tales websites, including their main site- www.BushiTales.com, and a special website for retailers- www.BushiTalesRetail.com. The Bushi Tales crew has also been making appearances at comic book and fantasy/sci-fi conventions across the country promoting this popular online title, and meeting their fans from around the world. They will be making a return trip to the San Diego Comic Con this July. For additional information please visit- www.BushiTales.com ###

I have just read the 3rd issue and I was very impressed with the story arc. I also liked the side story (Quest for Hope) and the Muley comic. Great stuff.
BTW, it seems Lin has a Scrooge McDuck intro for this thread.

You guys (or at least Dave and Micah if it's convenient) should come down to Phoenix for free comic book day next month. It's right around the corner, you'll have to let me know if you guys end up doing one.
