Have camera- will shoot pics!
The con is mostly attended by gamers and SCA folks, but there will be some other artists there, as well as some of my Star Wars costuming friends. It's at the same place as the MSC has been for the past several years. I've been to two previous ones in smaller hotels, so I'm looking forward to seeing how they use the space and if it's any difference. I'm not thrilled with the layout of the hotel, but they may come up with some creative uses of the space.
At any rate, I only have to travel about 5-10 minutes to get to it, so that's a big plus!

Still waiting to hear back from the folks at Shadowcon about when I need to be there and what all I will be doing while I'm there. If it;s like last time I'll probably be set up in the dealers room. Nicki has volunteered to watch my table if I need to do a panel or go to the bathroom. Lin

Thanks to the staff and volunteers of Shadowcon. Had a great time this weekend. It's a small con, and traffic was a bit slow, but they all were very friendly. Pics from Shadowcon this weekend- Me and Nicki in the dealers room. Bushi Tales table(s) in the dealers room. Half of the dealers room. (I picked up some HeroClix cheap!) Gary, Yoda, and BJ at the BT table. Arkansas cosplay. Klingon cosplay. The folks who turned out for my "Ninja: The Art Of Invisibility" panel. What I did to keep me busy while I sat in that panel. What Nicki did to keep herself busy during the con- talking KotOR with artist Dean Zachary. Nicki, Dean, and "the precious" Zayne sketch by Dean. Dance party with Traci, Nicki, and Timmy. Dance party with host Cliff/Kane. Party's over- time to go home!
