I liked the humor and then the "stark" conrtrast of the hostage video. The shots of the original armor were awesome, and I love the footage of the new armor flying with the jets. Can't wait to see that on the big screen.

I actually did see that trailer on the big screen. It was with Resident Evil 3 for me, and I have to say it was actually pretty awsome. I'll probably go see this when it comes out for sure now.

Catching it on the big screen would be awesome!
Looking forward to catching 30 Days Of Night and 28 Weeks Later this month. Still need to see 3:10 To Yuma, too. Maybe I can catch an early showing this weekend.

Saw 30 days of night late last night- no haunt yesterday.
I really enjoyed it- just not the company at the movie theater. Can't wait for it to be out on DVD so I can sit at home with the lights out and not listen to folks comment on everything or check their cell phones.
It's been long enough since I read the comics that I couldn't remember how it ended or who lives/dies or what got changed.
The pros- I jumped in my seat more than a few times, dug a lot of the fight scenes, and the look of the film. Also love it when annoying and stupid people die on screen.
The cons- still drives me nuts to see vampires hiss and move their head back and forth like their listening to Stevie Wonder albums. Also missed some of the back story on the vamps, but think they explained it well enough for folks to get why they were there.
Good Halloween movie, but doubt I'll be seeing too many of them in the theaters much any more. Would rather wait and spend the money on the DVDs- even though I really love seeing movies on the big screens. I know that sounds a lot like "waiting for the trades", but if folks continue to act like their sitting at home in front of a tv I'd rather be sitting at home in front of my own without them.
Anyway- if you liked the 30 DON comics and/or vampires you should check it out. Think I'll be looking for some more of the trades while I wait for the DVD release.

Yep, very good vampire movie. Josh Hartnett (sp?) is getting cooler and cooler (see Lucky Number Sleven) with each passing movie, and the vampires were pretty cool also. Hard to decide if I would survived or not, suffice to say I wouldn't have been in Alaska to begin with. I lucked out with the crowd I saw it with but it wasn't too long before school let out and the kiddies started pouring in. It is really becoming a problem. Grrrrrrr. Must see. Bring garlic.

I really dug Lucky Number Sleven and didn't expect to. Nice little twists in it. Loved 'The Boss', 'The Rabi', and 'Mr. Goodkat'.

Iron Man was sick! I loved it. He was a great Tony Stark. I hope everyone sticks around after the credits, extremely unexpected!

I've seen it twice now, too. The other day I had a couple hours to kill while Kinkos did some oversized printouts for work, so instead of going back home or to work and drive back I just went around the corner to the theater. Loved it more the second time around. This was out in the lobby! Lin
